Our company will be committed to conducting a thorough investigation of the supply chain to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn) are not obtained through mining in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or through illegal smuggling through anarcho or illegal groups. In addition, the metals exported from the following countries are not in compliance with the Conflict Free Minerals Regulations: Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Sudan, Republic of South Sudan, The Republic of Uganda, Republic of Rwanda, Republic of Burundi, United Republic of Tanzania, Republic of Zambia, Republic of Angola, Central African Republic.

我司致力于确保遵守冲突矿产规则要求，同时我们的政策是通过合理努力及措施尽量要求供应商确定其供应的产品是否含有冲突矿产。如果含有，供应商需要告知该冲突矿产的来源地。相关措施包括根据国际经济和发展组织（“国际经合组织”）通过的受冲突影响地区和高风险地区矿业责任供应链尽职调查指导方针（“指导方针”），以及努力完善改进相关内部程序和系统。

Our company is committed to ensuring compliance with conflict mineral regulations, and our policy is to use reasonable efforts and measures to require suppliers to determine whether their supplied products contain conflict minerals. If contained, the supplier needs to inform the source of the conflict mineral. The relevant measures include following the due diligence guidelines for mining responsibility supply chains in conflict affected and high-risk areas adopted by the International Economic and Development Organization ("OECD"), as well as striving to improve relevant internal procedures and systems.
